Quality Assurance
We recognise that our clients want clear communication and assurance of a quality service. That is why we ensure each of our clients are assigned a Contract Manager as a point of contact with whom they will have direct access to at all times.
Our Contract Manager will visit your site on a weekly basis to oversee and audit the cleaning work being carried out. The Contract Manager will report to and liaise with Site Managers for the duration of the job.

Our Health & Safety Promise
Fully Inducted Cleaners:
After recruitment, each Green Sparkle Clean cleaner will undergo an induction training programme to test their current ability and provide further training on:
- Safe use of cleaning equipment
- Colour coding systems
- Dilution and handling of chemicals
- Use of PPE
- Cleaning specifications
- Work schedules
- Site Rules
- Behavioural Safety
Weekly Toolbox Talks:
In addition to their formal training all of our cleaners receive weekly H&S toolbox talks
PPE and Uniform provided:
We provide all of our cleaners with protective clothing and equipment, including work boots and high visibility jackets .Our staff wear an Green Sparkle Clean uniform so that they can be clearly identified on site.
Trained and Qualified Cleaners:
All of our cleaners hold CSCS cards and many hold certificates in other areas of training including IOSH, Appointed First Aiders and CITB Supervisory Role.
Risk Assessments & Method Statements:
SMF complete and provide clients with full and comprehensive site specific risk assessments and method statements prior to commencing any work.
Fully Insured Cleaners:
All of our cleaning staff are fully insured.
