A systematic approach to getting your building into move-in condition is what you’re looking for. So, at Green Sparkle Clean, we systematically clear the area of our equipment and supplies, and return them to their proper place, so while our results are noticeable, the process is not.

We will carry out Builders, Re-cleans and Sparkle cleans tailored to meet your needs.

Our Builders Cleans are completed in three phases:

Phase One:

• Construction debris and rubbish will be placed in designated waste receptacle.
• Labels and stickers, not required to remain, will be removed from new fixtures and appliances.
• Appliance labels and manuals will be gathered and placed in designated location.
• Floor will be broom swept or vacuumed to make ready for more work.
• Ceiling fans, floor and ceiling vents and return covers will be cleaned.
• Sawdust and drywall dust will be removed from walls and ceilings.
• Fixtures including sconce-type will be cleaned inside and out.
• Interiors of cabinets and drawers will be vacuumed to remove dust in corners.
• Woodwork including doors, frames, trim, cabinets, drawers, wardrobe shelves, handrails will all be wiped down.
• Horizontal surfaces including counter tops will be wiped clean.
• Mirrors, porcelain surfaces and chrome fixtures will be cleaned and polished.
• Window tracks will be vacuumed to remove construction dust.
• Baseboard, ledges, electrical outlet covers and light switches will be cleaned.
• Restroom fixtures including sinks, toilets, showers and bathtubs will be cleaned.
• Kitchen sinks, counter tops, and exterior of appliances will be cleaned.
• Hard floors will be wet mopped.
• Carpeted areas including edges will be vacuumed using detail attachment.
• Clean of balconies.
• Clean of external windows where easily accessible.

Phase Two: Re-Clean
The above scope minus the external.

Phase Three: Sparkle clean
The builders clean scope will apply.
All areas will be cleaned and polished to a high standard to create a “move in” or “ready to show” appearance.
